A “0” indicates an absence of any forward progression.

A “1 – 1.5” indicates poor movement, weak or lethargic forward progression.

A “2.0 – 2.5” indicates moderate movement, with some forward progression.

A “3.0 – 3.5” indicates good movement, showing definite forward progression.

A “4.0” indicates excellent movement, showing strong rapid forward progression.
