We appreciate your interest in becoming a sperm donor for Cryobank America’s Anonymous Semen Donor Program. Cryobank America is here to provide infertile patients with donor semen in the United States and many foreign countries.
Qualifications to Become A Sperm Donor
We are currently seeking healthy college-educated men of all backgrounds between 18 - 40. This program requires a minimum one-year commitment, and each donor is expected to produce at least one specimen per week on-site; therefore, you must live or work within 50 miles of our facility.
All potential donors are eligible to get started as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Are between 18-40 with a normal BMI
- Are at least 5’5” tall
- Legally able to work in the US
- Live within 50 miles of our laboratory
- Can provide three generations of family medical history and ages (blood-related relatives only)
- Make a one-year commitment to be a donor at Cryobank America
Incentives for Becoming a Sperm Donor
All donors accepted into the Cryobank America program are eligible to receive the following:
- Free Medical and Genetic Screenings
- Earn up to $1000/month, plus $250 for referrals that get into the program
- Minimal time commitment, help families trying to conceive, and be your own boss!
- Free Healthcare screening includes:
- Infectious disease testing
- In-depth Genetics screenings
- Monetarily compensated with additional bonuses after your vials are released
