Basic Requirements to Become a Sperm Donor

You may be eligible to apply if you meet the following sperm donor requirements:

Are between 19 and 39 years old with a normal BMI
Are at least 5’5” tall
Are legally authorized to work in the United States
Live or work within 50 miles of our laboratory.
Are able to provide three generations of family medical history (blood-related relatives only)
You're willing to make a minimum 6-month commitment to our Sperm Donor Program

Because donors are required to provide at least one on-site donation per week, proximity to our facility is essential.
