Cryobank America maintains one of the most selective donor programs in the industry to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. To qualify, applicants must meet specific medical, lifestyle, and commitment requirements.
Basic Requirements to Become a Sperm Donor
You may be eligible to apply if you meet the following sperm donor requirements:
- Are between 19 and 39 years old with a normal BMI
- Are at least 5’5” tall
- Are legally authorized to work in the United States
- Live or work within 50 miles of our laboratory.
- Are able to provide three generations of family medical history (blood-related relatives only)
- You're willing to make a minimum 6-month commitment to our Sperm Donor Program
Because donors are required to provide at least one on-site donation per week, proximity to our facility is essential.
Commitment Expectations
Our Sperm Donor Program is structured to ensure consistency and reliability. Accepted donors are expected to:
- Make regular on-site sperm donations.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the program.
- Commit to donating for at least 6 months.

Sperm Donor Pay & Incentives
Cryobank America offers competitive sperm donor pay along with valuable health benefits and referral incentives. Donors accepted into our program may receive:
- Up to $1,000 per month in compensation
- $250 referral bonus for each referred donor who is accepted into our program
- Additional monetary bonuses once donor vials are released
